TDS-89xxx series
This level measuring probe is recommended for high-precision level measurement. It has a high quality capacitive ceramic measuring cell. Accordingly, this tank measuring probe delivers precise measured values ​​with high long-term stability. This level probe is robustly designed for high reliability and durability. It is the first choice for use in large oil tanks, chemical tanks, industrial tanks and transshipment tanks. It is often used for level measurement in external tanks and large-volume building tanks.
The current, variable fill level (liquid level) is measured using a pressure measuring cell (sensor). The level is measured indirectly via the hydrostatic pressure of the oil column / water column.

TDS-89-50-P6 0 - 50 mbar, with 6 m cable
TDS-89-100-P6 0 - 100 mbar, with 6 m cable

Measure the level at:
- Oil tanks for heating oil, diesel, lubricating oil and other storage materials.
- For potentially explosive conditions (EEx zone),
  see series 80xx or especially 42xx.
A tank measuring probe with a small measuring range and with a high measuring resolution is often sought in order to permanently measure the level of an oil tank. For other applications with viscous, highly viscous media, the level probe with a large open measuring cell is required, which can be easily cleaned if necessary. Here the TDS-89xx is the first choice for level measurement.
This probe can be supplied with or without the protective cap, i.e. open measuring cell access.
