Pump and Level Controller
Description :
Pump and Level Controller for Borewell level Monitoring and Surface Tank Monitoring
The controllers are housed in a wheather proof box or as per customer requirements. The sensor probes connection is provided in a separate sensor junction box to ensure the accessibility to sensor junction box is separated from the controller box.
The controller box includes,
1. Incomer MCB RCD
2. Control MCB / Fuse
3. Contactor
4. Controllers
Note: The size of the components vary as per the motor current drawn capacity.
Operation:
The Sensors (3 wires) Common, Low and High to be located at the respective levels within the borewell and the sensors (3 wires) Common, Low and High to be located in the surface water tank.
When the high water level in the borewell is reached the pump motor is started through the pump controller box while continuosly monitoring the surface filling water tank. Once the water in the surface tank reaches high water level, the pump motor is stopped through the pump controller.
The controller design could be as per customer requirements to monitor and control the water level within borewell, above ground water holding tank and multiple tanks.
This ensures the protection of the pump and extend the life of the pump.
