Level Transmitter - Model : TDS-42 Series Accuracy < 0.25%, High requirement

Level Transmitter - Model : TDS-42 Series
Description :

TDS-42-xxx series
The tank measuring probe (pressure transmitter) is a precise pressure probe for level measurement and tank content measurement. The high-precision measuring cell with a stainless steel pressure membrane sits protected in the probe head and is metal-welded to the stainless steel housing by laser. This level probe therefore does not have an O-ring process seal, which can be a weak point with aggressive liquids. This immersion probe therefore offers an exceptionally high level of media resistance and a very wide range of applications for level measurement. This probe meets all requirements with regard to maximum reliability and failure safety.
The connection cable of the immersion probe contains an air capillary for the pressure equalization of the measuring cell. The special FEP immersion cable in double sheath is based on TEFLON. This ensures the best media resistance and the longest service life.

42-xxx for level measurement
Measure level, level, fill level, level

Measurement of the level in:
 - Oil tanks, storage tanks, transshipment tanks,
 - Petrol station tanks, industrial tanks, EX zone,
 - Water level, well level,
 - Various other media / liquids **
** Particularly aggressive liquids on request.

Measuring ranges from 0 ... 200 mbar to 0 ... 20 bar are available.
The immersion cable of the probe can be assembled in 5m lengths:
5m (= standard), 10m, 15m, 20m, etc.

Main advantage: No cable protection in the tank
The main advantage of petrol tanks is that the special immersion cable of this probe is permanently resistant even to petrol / kerosene / E10 and various other solvents. Other level probes from competitors must be installed in the tank with a protective cable pipe. This is costly and time consuming. The TDS-42-xxx, on the other hand, can be hung directly into the tank.
TECSON can supply the 1 inch cable gland as an accessory (with ATEX PG gland).
In the case of EX zones, an overvoltage barrier is usually to be interposed in front of the supplying measuring input.
